Government should …
Government should be taken to the cleaners for what they have done to people and student loans. What they did was change the terms of the contract without approval. That is a criminal act. I guess crime does pay.

yep! With this new bankrupcy law, student loans are exempt and cannot be declared and even like that interest went up to 8%!!! A credit card gives me a better deal, 0% apr for a years.. let’s just pay the student loans w/cc and if thigs get so taugh that u need to file all debts are discharged!

Instead of getting student loans, they should have financed their college education on credit cards and then filed bankruptcy. Credit Card debts are easier to get out of.
